Boys & Girls Club is a safe and fun place for youth to go after school and during the summer. We make sure staff are trained and capable of helping kids in the best way possible by implementing a code of conduct. This code of conduct covers interactions between staff and youth, transportation, incident reports, technology use, and more. Learn more about the code of conduct, safety plans, and other steps your Club takes to keep kids safe.

As experts in childcare and passionate supporters of youth, we want to provide tools from local and nationwide partners to bolster safety and connection. Our resources include mental health resources, therapy, talking to youth, and consent conversations. America’s young people deserve nothing less than our constant focus on their safety and our firm commitment to protect every child who is entrusted to our care, at home, at school, and at Club.
- Our mission is to inspire and empower youth to realize their full potential as productive, responsible, and caring adults. Boys & Girls Clubs give kids opportunities to succeed through programs that truly impact their lives. We help Club members: Graduate from high school on time with a plan for the future, engage in healthy behaviors and becoming fit for life, and develop strong character and become members of a community.

PICS Values
We are focusing on our values this year: Progress, Integrity, Community, and Safety! Our staff will lead the way for youth through example by showing up and trying to do a little better every day, building a culture of care and courage, building our community through Club, and caring for each other. By prioritizing these four values, we intend to create the best possible Club experience for youth and families.
