The Sugar House Club opened its doors in 1968, and today serves over 2,500 kids annually through licensed child care and sports programs. Elementary Programs at the Sugar House Club are fully licensed by the state of Utah, and all Club members have access to:
- Full size gym
- Fully equipped computer lab and technology center
- Program curriculum developed by experts at Boys & Girls Clubs of America
- A dedicated staff of trained Youth Development Professionals
- Breakfast, lunch, and healthy snack provided daily
The Sugar House Club offers several fun and affordable sports leagues for kids, including Jr. Jazz and Biddy Jr. Jazz Basketball. All of our sports programs are open community leagues, and youth do not have to be Boys & Girls Club members to join a sports program.
The Sugar House Boys & Girls Club is closed one week before and one week after the summer program.
For the safety and security of our youth, staff, and property, Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Salt Lake implements video surveillance cameras in and/or around our Club facilities.
The Sugar House Boys & Girls Club offers safe, affordable, and fully licensed child care. We're here to help your child start on the path to a great future. Our dedicated staff of Youth Development Professionals will engage your child in fun, educational, and developmentally appropriate activities.

Must register in person at the Sugar House Club.
Programs run 7 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Kinder care includes off-track kindergarten.
Registration includes daily breakfast, lunch, and a healthy snack.
Discounts are available for families eligible for child care assistance. State assistance payments accepted for qualifying families.
Membership Fee per Family: $25

Our drop in Teen Center offers Club members a safe and fun place to go after school. Teen Club members enjoy:

- Pool, foosball, and air hockey in the Games Room
- Gym
- Much more!
*Weekly optional field trip fees apply to both full day and half day options.
