Clubs help youth stay healthy and fit by providing at least 30 minutes of fitness opportunities and a healthy snack every day.

  • Triple Play

    Helps all Club kids make physical fitness a daily practice by offering fun daily challenges, games, and exercise opportunities. Clubs have gym spaces for kids to move and run and play sports.

  • Healthy Habits

    Teaches all kids about proper nutrition and gives them the opportunity to try new healthy foods. Cooking classes are offered for teen members. Inquire with your Club about when cooking classes are.

  • Club Adventure

    Provides kids access to outdoor recreation opportunities all year long like biking, hiking, indoor and outdoor rock climbing, swimming, fishing, skiing, and more. Reach out to your Club to find out what activities your Club is planning and what availability they have.

  • Evidence Based Programs

    We provide age-appropriate evidence-based curriculum focused on substance use prevention, sexual risk prevention, and sexual violence prevention. In 2021, 92% of Club kids polled said they believe in abstaining from drugs and alcohol.

  • Meals & Snacks

    We provide nutrient-dense meals and snacks daily for every kid who comes to Club during the school year and during our summer programs.
  • SEL Programs

    SEL or Social-Emotional Learning includes on-site licensed therapists and evidence-based SEL curricula. According to a parent survey, SEL is a top priority for their kids, and they see improvement with Boys & Girls Club.
